No, the property ownership does not change whatsoever. The current property owner remains the property owner for the duration of the agreed transaction. We simply register a first bond over your property as collateral.

Your loan term can be extended provided your payments are up to date. We’ll need you to complete some additional documentation, however and any extensions are to our discretion.

Yes, our interest rates are higher than those you’ll be charged at a bank. However, it’s a small premium to pay for efficiency and personal relationships and even more so for not having to lose out on a high-yielding opportunity received by your company.

Expert, independent appraisers will evaluate your assets to determine their market value. This will depend on the nature of the asset as well as factors like its age and current condition.

To ensure a fast application, we suggest offering unbonded fixed assets as collateral to Corpfin. Such assets can include residential, commercial or retail properties or even high-valued and zoned vacant land. Each application is considered on its own merits.

Our head office is located in the Centurion, Gauteng. But we can assist with funding for any viable transaction in South Africa and Namibia.

The minimum annual turnover required is R1 000 000. Substantial companies with higher turnovers and cash flow in relation to their applications are however preferred.

The term can be structured according to the specific transaction requirements. The maximum duration however, is 12 months.

We approach every opportunity on a deal-by-deal basis, with a minimum interest rate of 3.5% charged to our clients.
